My Approach to Coaching

In our coaching relationship, you are your own expert — a resourced and powerful individual. As your coach, I ask thought-provoking questions, using systems such as the Enneagram and other tools for exploration. You decide the best course of action and I hold you accountable to those steps. As you continue to explore, answer honestly and do your work, your world opens up in new ways.

I bring both my work and life experience to my coaching clients. I have worked both as an employee and a coach in the private and public sectors, including banking, hospitality, small businesses, federal and local government. With my clients, I use a heart-centered, practical and grounded approach, while using the Enneagram system to guide the complex dynamics of individual and team development.
